What are the two short items in the package?

The included fuse allows for self-replacement in case of a short circuit in the machine.

Why is the pattern of my printed cups uneven?

Ensure that the cup being used is straight and consistent in shape with the heating element. Tighten the cup before printing.

Do heating elements need to be replaced regularly?

The heating element typically lasts for 300-500 uses, but may need replacement sooner if there are bubbles or improper use.

Why doesn't the machine rotate automatically?

All modes except for Mug Mode feature automatic rotation. Select the appropriate mode for the desired functionality.

How can the machine close completely?

The preset modes allow for a one-finger gap, but pressure can be increased for smaller tumblers. The minimum diameter for the tumbler is 2.7 inches.
